Bookmark Holder system README file

The Bookmark Holder system is a web based database for storing web page
URLs - Bookmarks. The Bookmark Holder can be accessed via a web page, Mozilla
Firefox extension and a Konqueror Kommander script. Thumbnails of the web pages
can be stored.

v 0.3   -  This version is the first released version, previous versions were
           internal releases that used files for data storage and did not save
           thumbnail images.

v 0.3.1 -  Added small changes to documentation and comments
           Removed PyeNet specific details from install.rdf and update.rdf
           and added required steps to the INSTALL file to modify files during
           installation.
           Found 2 missing files from the kq-extension directory. Now added in
           this release.

v 0.3.2 -  Modified the web page footer so that the current page is not
           displayed as a link. SF Request ID # 1728666
           Corrected the relative paths within the CGI scripts to fix problem
           reported in SF Bug # 1728720
           Added the Help option to bottom of maintenance page as per
           SF Bug # 1728722
           Modified so version number is now in footer as per
           SF Request # 1728669
           Added checkbox to Firefox extension to save/not save thumbnail as
           per SF Request # 1727257. This required changes to en-US language
           files as well.
           Added the UPGRADE file to give brief instructions on the process of
           upgrading from previous versions.

v 0.3.3 -  Created an installation script.

v 0.3.4 -  Modified the installation script to interrogate the Apache config
           files in a more intellegent way. Tested installation on a Fedora
           Core 6 system.
           Added a Statistics page that gives some statistics from the Bookmark
           Holder database.
